Immersed in the garden are three independent apartments: Chiesetta, Cottage and Portineria, each with its own open dining area, and winter heating.

The tower boasts a large apartment to fully absorb the aura of the antique residence, which directly overlooks the water.

All apartments have TV, fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher.

Laundry facilities are available in the Garden, which also includes a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Private scuba diving and boat gear can be kept in a shed within the property and overlooking the small port, accessible from the garden. There is also a slipway for boats and rubber dinghies.

The rates are weekly. In low and mid season, there is a min. 3 night stay if not otherwise specified. The rates include light, gas, heating, final cleaning, use of the laundry and parking.
